Shipping, returns and refund

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders within the UK are shipped via premium couriers and typically arrive within 5–7 working days for in-stock items.
  • Made-to-order garments take approximately 4–6 weeks to produce and dispatch.

International Shipping:

  • We offer worldwide shipping with delivery times ranging from 7–14 working days, depending on the destination.
  • Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount or for loyalty programme members.

Tracking Your Order:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track its progress.

Express Shipping:

  • Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for further arrangements.

Returns Policy

Made-to-Order and Custom Garments:

  • As all made-to-order and custom garments are bespoke, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or a production error has occurred.

Limited Edition Collections:

  • Items from limited edition collections can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags intact.

Home Try-On Service Samples:

  • Home try-on samples must be returned within 7 days of delivery. A refundable deposit will be returned upon receipt of the undamaged samples.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorisation.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued only for faulty items or cancellations within the allowed time frame (24 hours after placing your order).
  • For limited edition collections, refunds are processed for returns that meet the conditions outlined in our returns policy.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom and made-to-order garments.
  • Shipping fees and customs duties.

Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Faulty Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a detailed description. We will replace or refund the item after verification.
